Fit and Sizing

The
Xerocole Expedition is designed with a roomier fit. Therefore, We
recommend if you have wide or fuller feet choose your normal size. For
people with a narrow or low volume foot, we recommend sizing down 1 full
size from your measured or usual size (.e.g if you are normally an 11,
go with a 10).

Erem provides half-size increments for the
Xerocole to fit every foot. But, if for any reason your product doesn’t
fit, you have 30 days for free exchanges and returns. Just make sure to
keep the products unworn and unaltered.

Shipping & Returns

Erem Shipping Policy

Orders
placed before 11:30AM CT will ship the same day, otherwise it will ship
the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be
shipped out on the next business day. Note: Transit times vary by
shipping service selected at time of order, holidays and weekends, and
unexpected weather delays.

Erem offsets 100% of the carbon emissions from all shipping of our products to / from our customers. 

International Shipping

Erem
will ship internationally, however we are unable to offer free shipping
at this time. Our store will always calculate the most cost effective
shipping options for you.

We ask our international customer to
also please be aware of their country specific import/duty fees. These
fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Return/Exchanges Policy

Erem
will accept returns of all unworn and unaltered products for up to 30
days for a full refund to your original method of payment, or an
exchange in a different size. Your return will not be accepted if they
arrive with any signs of outdoor wear. We understand the rush to get
outside, but suggest that you first try on all products inside to ensure
they fit before venturing out. If the original method of payment is
unavailable, we will issue your refund in the form of store credit. 

Erem
will exchange unworn and unaltered products free of charge and with
free return shipping. You can even use the original box!

Please note: marketplace items are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once
our warehouse has received and processed your return, we will
automatically issue a full refund to your original method of payment. If
the original method of payment is unavailable, we will issue your
refund in the form of store credit. 

You will receive an email notification as soon as your refund has been processed. 

A refund may take up to 10 business days.

Warranty

Limited Warranty

Erem wants you to have incredible experiences in our products, and we know that you count on our products to perform.

Erem
warrants that new Erem products will be free from defects in materials
and workmanship for the life of the product. This warranty does not
cover damage or malfunctions caused by normal wear and tear, accidents,
modification, improper storage or handling. All warranty items will be
evaluated by Erem and decisions will be made at the sole discretion of
the Erem warranty department.

talk through any questions you may have about your products. Please

Care & Cleaning

How to Care for Your Xerocoles

1) Reverse grain leather is a very durable material. Still, for best performance, clean regularly

If the leather gets wet, we suggest stuffing the boots with paper
towels or newspaper while they dry to help the boots keep their shape.

3) Always let your Xerocoles dry naturally. Don't put them near / under direct heat.

4) Some people think that reverse grain leather looks best when brushed. Use specialized suede brushes for best results.

How to Clean Your Xerocoles:

1) Remove the laces from your boots for full access to the tongue and gusset.

2) Use a shoe brush and shoe wipes to remove dirt and debris from the suede and canvas.

3)
Mix mild dish detergent into a bucket or sink filled with cold water.
Do not use bar soap or detergents as many contain additives that can be
harmful to suede and canvas.

4) Using an old toothbrush, dip it into the soapy water and gently brush in a circular motion to clean.

5)
Without getting any water inside of the boots, use a clean, damp cloth
and rinse the soap off. Repeat until the boot is clean and all traces of
soap are removed.

6) Crumple up a few sheets of paper towel or newspaper, and stuff it in the boot to help the boot keep its shape while drying.

7)
Place the boots in a well-ventilated area and let the boots dry
naturally. We do not recommend putting your boots in the dryer or any
heat source under any circumstances.

Other Cleaning Tips & Tricks

Always
allow your boots to air dry. If your boots get wet, make sure to remove
the footbed insole to ensure the interior fully dries.
