The First Roast is a blend of Colombian, Honduran, and Ethiopian beans. It combines the thick, syrupy body of a dark roast, the sweetness of a medium roast, and the balanced acidity and unique attributes of the peaberry all in one delightfully complex coffee.
This coffee was “The First” roast, which established Joshua Tree Coffee as a premium organic coffee roaster. Their customers frequently tell them that this is the best coffee they’ve ever tasted.

Blended with organic coffee beans right in Joshua Tree to create the perfect cup of coffee that matches the beautiful landscape.
